What an evening, internet hosting and producing Patricia Discipline’s eightieth birthday! And did I point out it was a shock? (No strain).

The celebration happened on the Decrease East Facet Speakeasy Area, Fig 19, the place we took over the gallery area and cocktail bar.

It was an unimaginable night stuffed with an iconic trend scene, from Fern Mallis, Kelly Cutrone, Miss J,  The Blonds, Orfeh, Robert Verdi, Daphne Rubin-Vega, and Anthony Haden-Visitor, to Leah McSweeney, amongst many others, who stepped out to SURPRISE the legendary costume designer.

There’s no denying Patricia Discipline’s contribution to the style trade, the Emmy award-winning, Oscar-nominated, Costume Designer behind Intercourse and the Metropolis, Satan Wears Prada, Emily in Paris, Ugly Betty, and numerous extra, she has modified the trade without end and at 80 years outdated is actively nonetheless working and at the moment wrapping season 2 of Run the World.

Customized pizza pies by Williamsburg Pizza spelled “Glad eightieth” and “Pat Discipline” whereas Moet crystalized customized bottles in honor of the birthday queen.

Broadway legend, Orfeh led the social gathering in singing blissful birthday, adopted by a particular efficiency by Dai Burger.

Friends have been gifted the restricted version Patricia Discipline x Fairly Linked ICON attraction launching this spring!

The milestone celebration occasion was filmed for an upcoming documentary celebrating Patricia Discipline and her extraordinary profession, with a 2023 launch date.
