This vacation Chanel launched gorgeous Oversize Illuminating Face Powders ($95 every) of their Les Symboles de Chanel assortment. There are 5 gorgeous embossed patterns to select from and every image has a particular that means for Chanel: The Lion (power), The Comet (luck), The Camellia (concord), The Chain (model) and The Pearls (radiance).

There are three colours to select from every design: Pearly White, Heat Gold and Treasured Coral.

Pearly White

Pearly White is a glittery glowing white. It has extra glitter than most Chanel highlighters. Enjoyable for vacation events however VERY glittery. To my eye seems practically equivalent to the glowing backside half of the Duo Lumiere from the Vacation 2023 assortment. If I needed to decide one I’d go for the Duo Lumiere as a result of the colour within the high portion is SO gorgeous.

Heat Gold

Heat Gold is the proper shade of heat gold. A bit peachy, tiny bits of microsparkles (however not full on glitter) make this lovely. There’s one other highlighter within the Poudre Lumiere system known as Heat Gold however the Heat Gold coloration in Les Symboles de Chanel is completely different. Noticeably completely different to justify proudly owning each in my view. The vacation model is deeper, extra golden and extra sparkly/luminous.

Treasured Coral

Treasured Coral is my favourite. It’s a wonderful mild coral with essentially the most excellent gentle sheen to it. I need this shade in actually all the things – tops, luggage, lipstick, gloss, eyeshadow and so on. I believe it’s the prettiest coloration I believe I’ve ever seen.

Total lovely and luminous. I gather Chanel highlighters so these had been a should for me. I’d have beloved if the Pearly White had been extra of a clean shimmer vs a glitter, however I nonetheless suppose it’s enjoyable for vacation. My favourite is the Treasured Coral though the Heat Gold is a really fairly flattering gold shade. It’s laborious to select a favourite sample. I believe they’re all lovely however I believe the Comet and Camellia are my favorites.
